Powershift offer a complete service to businesses seeking to exploit the power of online videos. While working for them, I have designed and built a complete management system for publishing, reporting and handling online videos, allowing a company to setup their own TV stations or websites with targeted videos.

Powershift uses this one system to manage about a hundred video websites. It's completely configurable, with modules and options which can be turned on / off for different customers.

One of my aims when working on this project was to create a framework which could be easily understood, and built on by future programmers as Powershift extended. I've been successful here - Powershift has grown dramatically, and now employ their own programmers who have happily extended the original system I created.
